Narnatumab (also known as IMC-RON8) is a human IgG1-kappa monoclonal antibody that functions as a neutralizing agent targeting the recepteur d¡¯origine nantais (RON) receptor tyrosine kinase, also known as macrophage-stimulating 1 receptor (MST1R). By binding with high affinity to the extracellular domain of RON, it blocks the interaction between RON and its ligand macrophage-stimulating protein (MSP).
