- Western blot testing (A) recombinant protein and (B) human HepG2 cell lysate using Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase antibody (clone ALK/1503). Predicted molecular weight ~180 kDa but may be observed at higher molecular weights due to glycosylation. Caspase 3 induced cleavage results in an ~60 kDa intracellular ALK fragment.
