- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects mouse GITR Ligand/TNFSF18 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) APRIL, rmBAFF, rmEDA, rmFas Ligand, rmLIGHT, rmOX40 Ligand, rmTNF-alpha , rmTRAIL, rmTRANCE, rmTWEAK, rm4-1BB Ligand, recombinant human (rh) EDA-A2, rhLTa1/b2, rhLTa2/b1, rhVEGI, or rhGITR Ligand is observed. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with rm4-1BB, rmEDA, rmLIGHT, rmTRAIL, rhGITR Ligand, rhTNF-alpha , recombinant canine TNF-alpha , recombinant guinea pig TNF-alpha , or recombinant porcine TNF-alpha is observed.

- Detection of Mouse GITR Ligand/TNFSF18 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line and BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse GITR Ligand/TNFSF18 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB21772) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for GITR Ligand/TNFSF18 at approximately 20 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
