- Western blot analysis of CEP72 in lane 1-3: TM4, NIH/3T3, and Jurkat cell lysates (40µg lysate/lane). Samples were loaded onto a 6% SDS-PAGE gel and probed using a CEP72 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-68398) at a 1:600 dilution, followed by incubation with a Goat anti rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a 1:8000 dilution, Exposure time: 1 minute.
