- Western blot was performed using CD105 Monoclonal Antibody (3A9) (Product # MA5-17041) and a ~70 kDa band corresponding to CD105 was observed in HUVEC, HMEC-1, T98G and HeLa, as reported. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HUVEC (Lane 1), HMEC-1 (Lane 2), T98G (Lane 3), U-87 MG (Lane 4), HeLa (Lane 5), HEK-293 (Lane 6), SK-O-V3 (Lane 7), LNCaP (Lane 8) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0321BOX), 10 well. Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A28177, 1:20,000) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076).
