- Western blot analysis of MGST1 in Positive control: Lane 1: SiHa cell lysate, Lane 2: HepG2 cell lysate, Lane 3: A549 cell lysate, Lane 4: U937 cell lysate. Samples were transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% BSA (1 hour), incubated with MGST1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-34942), at a dilution of 1:500, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - HRP (1 hour) with a dilution of 1:5000.

- Flow cytometry of MGST1 in MCF-7 cells, unlabelled sample (control; cells without incubation with primary antibody; black). Samples were incubated with MGST1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-34942) at a dilution of 1:50, followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat anti-Mouse IgG with a dilution of 1:1000 (30 min).
