- Immunoprecipitation: PYGL Antibody [NBP2-32246] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using RIPA buffer from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PYGL antibody NBP2-32246 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. PYGL was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PYGL antibody BL15846. For blotting immunoprecipitated PYGL, NBP2-32246 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
