Sample: JARID2-transfected (right) or untransfected (left) HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: JARID2 protein stained by JARID2 antibody (GTX120920) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
