- Detection of Human CrkL by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line, and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat CrkL Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5127) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for CrkL at approximately 39 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Detection of Mouse and Rat CrkL by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line and Rat-2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat CrkL Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5127) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for CrkL at approximately 37 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
