Experimental details

ChIP assay of Histone H1.4 in Hela cells (4x10^6). Cells were treated with Micrococcal Nuclease, sonicated, and immunoprecipitated with 8 µg of Histone H1.4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-117472) or a control normal rabbit IgG. The resulting ChIP DNA was quantified using real-time PCR with primers against the Beta-Globin promoter.
