- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat STIM1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line, and Nb2-11 rat lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat STIM1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6976) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for STIM1 at approximately 86 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
