- Figure 1. Western blot using affinity-purified OCT4 antibody AP10560PU-N. MCF-7 cell lysates were separated in SDS-PAGE, and probed with the purified rabbit anti pS236-OCT4 antibody (1 mg/ml). Lane A: anti pS236-OCT4 antibody only. Lane B: anti pS236-OCT4 antibody preincubated with the non-phosphorylated peptide containing pS236. Lane C: anti pS236-OCT4 antibody preincubated with phosphorylated peptides containing pS236. The antibody recognizes OCT4 at the right molecular weight, and the recognition was blocked when the antibody was pre-incubated with phosphorylated peptides containing pS236.
