Description

Recombinant Mouse Antibody Fab Fragment clone EctoD2, which is specific to EDA. The blocking antibody EctoD2 can recognize epitopes overlapping the EDA receptor-binding site and efficiently blocked the binding of Fc-EDA1 to EDAR and of Fc-EDA2 to XEDAR in both human and chicken systems. It was capable of completely suppressing the therapeutic effect of Fc-EDA1.
