- Western blot was performed using Anti-IREB2 Goat Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-19158) and 105 kDa band corresponding to IREB2 was across the tissues tested. Tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Liver (Lane1) and Rat Liver (Lane 2) were electrophoresed using Novex® NuPAGE® 4-12% Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0342BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001).The blot was probed with the primary antibody,1 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence with Rabbit anti-Goat IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27014, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).

- Immunohistochemical analysis of IREB2 in paraffin embedded human kidney using a IREB2 polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-19158) at a concentration of 3.8 µg/mL. Steamed antigen retrieval was performed with pH 6 buffered citrate. Samples were then stained with alkaline phosphatase.
