- Immunoprecipitation: FBXW7/Cdc4 Antibody [NB100-88138] - Detection of Human FBW7 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FBW7 antibody NB100-88138 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. FBW7 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-FBW7 antibody NB100-88139, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FBW7 antibody NB100-88138 (lot NB100-88138-2) used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. FBW7 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot (NB100-88138-1) of this antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated FBW7, NB100-88138 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
