- Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Heart (Lane 1), Rat Heart (Lane 2), Mouse Brain (Lane 3) and Rat Brain (Lane 4). The blot was probed with Anti-MYL7 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30769, 1:5000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 19kDa band corresponding to MYL7 was observed in Heart tissues except Brain tissues which are reported to be negative.
