- Western blot analysis of HTR2A was performed by loading Lane 1-2: Human fetal brain tissue and rat brain tissue lysates (40µg) on to a 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a HTR2A antibody (Product # PA5-51349) at a 1/700 dilution for 40 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
