Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a PAK3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-29075) at a dilution of 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Western blot was performed using Anti-PAK3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-29075) and a 60 kDa band corresponding to PAK3 was observed across the cell lines and tissues tested except Mouse and Rat Stomach. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), SH-SY5Y (Lane 2), NTERA-2 cl.D1 (Lane 3), U-2 OS (Lane 4), NIH/3T3 (Lane 5), A549 (Lane 6), A-431 (Lane 7), tissue extracts of Mouse Brain (Lane 8), Rat Brain (Lane 9), Mouse Stomach (Lane 10) and Rat Stomach (Lane 11) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 10% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0302BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:500 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain), Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076).
