Experimental details

CD73 antibody [N1N3] detects CD73 protein by western blot analysis. Mouse tissue extracts (50 ?g) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD73 antibody [N1N3] (GTX113509) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
