- Western blot analysis of cell lysate of human mesenchymal stem cell (MSCs, 30 ug) was resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to NC membrane and probed with NT5E monoclonal antibody , clone 2B6 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1114). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
