- Western Blot of immunoprecipitation of Rabbit anti-Interferon alpha Receptor Type I pS535/pS539 antibody. Lane 1: HEK 293 cells transfected with mock. Lane 2: HEK 293 cells transfected with IFNAR1 WT. Lane 3: HEK 293 cells transfected with IFNAR1 S535A and S539A mutants. Load: 10 µg per lane. Left Panel: control. Center Panel: blocked by the phosphopeptide. Right Panel: dephosphopeptide. Primary antibody: Interferon alpha Receptor Type I pS535/pS539 antibody at 1:400 for overnight at 4°C.
