- Immunohistochemistry: ATP6AP1 Antibody [22290002] - Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity which was occasionally combined with membranous and nuclear staining. Malignant tissues generally displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Many cases of malignant gliomas exhibited strong staining which also was observed in occasional other tumors.
