- Rabbit antibody to TPC1 (750-800). WB on rat brain and spinal cord lysate using Rabbit antibody to TPC1 (750-800), Dilution: 1:500, incubated overnight at 4C in MPX from LiCor. Blocking buffer: 0.2 micron filtered 0.5% LFDM in 1x PBS containing 0.01% Tween-20. Washing buffer: 1x PBS. Detection: ECL using C-Digit from LiCor.

- Rabbit antibody to TPC1 (750-800). IHC-P on paraffin sections of rat kidney using Rabbit antibody to TPC1 (750-800) HIER: 1 mM EDTA, pH 8 for 20 min using Thermo PT Module. Blocking: 0.2% LFDM in TBST filtered through a 0.2 micron filter. Detection was done using Novolink HRP polymer from Leica following manufacturers instructions. Primary antibody: dilution 1:1000, incubated 30 min at RT (using Autostainer). Sections were counterstained with Harris Hematoxylin.
