- Detection of Human eIF2 alpha by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, and MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human eIF2 alpha Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3997) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for eIF2 alpha at approximately 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
