Flow cytometry of Granulysin in Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were treated for 24 hr with 50 ng/mL PMA and 200 ng/mL Ca2+ ionomycin. Samples were incubated in Granulysin polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47459) or control antibody followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody.
