- Anti-SMO Antibody was purified by Antigen affinity chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Anti-SMO from Human, Mouse, New World monkey, Rat and Sheep based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with Anti-SMO from other sources has not been determined.

- Storage
- Store vial at -20° C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. - Immunohistochemistry of Rabbit Anti-SMO antibody. Tissue: human brain tissue. Fixation: formalin fixed paraffin embedded. Antigen retrieval: not required. Primary antibody: SMO antibody at 10 µg/mL for 1 h at RT. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase rabbit secondary antibody at 1:10,000 for 45 min at RT. Localization: SMO is a multi-pass membrane protein. Staining: An isotype control antibody is located above the SMO antibody on the bottom image which is stained brown.
