- Protein Disulfide Isomerase/P4HB in HeLa Human Cell Line. Protein Disulfide Isomerase/P4HB was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Goat Anti-Human Protein Disulfide Isomerase/P4HB Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF4236) at 1.7 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Streptavidin (red; Catalog # NL999) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
