- Western blot using JAK1 antibody (AP05272PU-N) on 3T3-L1 cells stimulated with LIF for 10 minutes. Antibody was used at 1:1000 dilution and incubated for two hours at RT. Visualized using goat anti-rabbit IgG conjugated to HRP.
