Experimental details

Human Th2-polarized CD4+ T cells were incubated for 5 hours in media alone (top) or with PMA and Ionomycin (bottom) in the presence of monensin and brefeldin A. Cells were then fixed, permeabilized, and stained with 174Yb anti-CD4 (SK3) and 166Er anti-IL-10 (JES3-9D7).
