- Figure 3 CT treatment selectively suppressed IL-12 p70 and TNF-alpha, but not IL-10, TGF-beta 1 , or IL-6. Human monocytes (2 x 10 6 cell/mL) were stimulated with SAC (0.01%) and IFN-gamma (100 ng/mL) in the presence or absence of CT (10 ng/mL). Cytokine production was measured by ELISA 24 h after stimulation. Data are mean values +- SD of four separate experiments using four different donors. ** P < 0.01.
