- Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Phospho-Src-Y529 polyclonal antibody (STJ22407) at 1:1000 dilution. Hela cells were treated by ATP (5 mM) at 30 °C for 1 hour or treated by CIP (20uL/400ul) at 37 °C for 1 hour. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 180s.
