- Western blot analysis of FG pancreatic carcinoma cell lines stably expressing vector along (FG-V) the b3 integrin subunit (FG-b3) or a b3 truncation mutant (FG-759x) using a Src monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-11173) at a dilution of 1:500. Cells were incubated overnight at 4ºC in 1% BSA/TBST. After washing 3x5 min with TBST the blots were incubated with a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:5000 for 1 hr at room temperature. The blots were again washed 3x5 min with TBST and developed using ECL reagent.

- Immunofluorescent analysis of A549 cells using a Src monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-11173). A549 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with a Src monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-11173) (1:25, 1 hr at 37). Primary antibody was detected by fluor-conjugated donkey anti-mouse secondary antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with red dye-conjugated phalloidin (7units/mL, 1 hr at 37).
