- Western blot analysis using an FG pancreatic carcinoma cell line stably expressing vector (FG-V) with the b3 integrin subunit (FG-b3) or a b3 truncation mutant (FG-759x). Cells were incubated overnight at 4ºC with 1% BSA/TBST and probed with a Phospho-Src pTyr215 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-12697) at a dilution of 1:500.
