Western Blot Analysis:Untreated (lane 1) and CSF-1 treated (40 ng/mL, 15min) (lane 2) CSF/KDR transfected PAE cell lysate were resolved via SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF, and probed with anti-phospho-VEGFR2 (Tyr1054) (1/2,000). Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates phosphorylated VEGFR2/KDR/Flk-1 (~180kDa).
