Western Blot Analysis: Lysates from CSF/KDR transfected PAE cells were either untreated (lanes 1 and 3) or treated with 40ng/ml CSF-1 for 15' (lanes 2 and 4) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF, and probed with Anti-phospho-VEGFR2/Flk-1/KDR (Tyr1054) (1mg/ml) (lanes 1 and 2) or Anti- Anti-KDR/Flk-1/VEGFR2 (Cat. No. 07-716) (1:1000) (lanes 3 and 4). Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibodyconjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates KDR (~180 kDa)
