ELISA: VEGF R2/KDR/Flk-1 Antibody (4H3) [NBP1-18644] - Total lysate from PAE/KDR cells was measured for expression of VEGFR- 1/KDR by a standard Sandwich ELISA using a mouse monoclonal anti-human VEGFR-1 antibody for capturing and a Biotin conjugated rabbit polyclonal anti-human VEGFR-1 antibody for detection. Total lysate from PAE/Flt-1 and PAE/FLT-4 was used as negative control. As positive control, total lysate from PAE/Flt-1 was spiked with recombinant human sKDR.
