- Polyclonal antibody against pTEN used at 20 ug/ml. The PTEN status in these cell lines is as follows: Hec1A and KLE have wild-type PTEN, and AN3CA, MDA, and RL-95 have mutant PTEN (truncating mutations) 293T cells are supposed to have wild-type PTEN by sequence, but the levels are much lower than Hec1A or KLE. The lane marked 7 is 293T-PTEN is from 293T cells transfected with a FLAG-tagged PTEN. The FLAG-tagged proteins run slightly slower. Lane 1 - ANA3CA, lane 2 - Hec 1A, lane 3-KLE, lane 4 - MDA, lane 5-RL-95, lane 6 - 293T, lane 7 - 292T cells transfected with FLAG pTEN, lane 8 - negative control.
