- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects mouse PDGF R beta in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 10-20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human PDGF R beta is observed, but no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) PDGF R alpha , rmFlt-3, rmSCF R, or rmLymphotoxin beta R is observed.
