- Immunoblot analysis of cell lysate. HepG2 cells were transfected with wild-type or Y857F mutants of PDGF Receptor Beta. Transfected HepG2 cells were either untreated (-) or treated with PDGF-BB (+). Immunoblotting was done with PDGFRB (phospho Y857) polyclonal antibody (upper) or anti-PDGF Receptor Beta (lower).
