- Product name
- anti-Histone Deacetylase 5 (HDAC5) (pSer498) antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Antigen
- Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer498 (T-Q-S (p) -S-P) derived from Human HDAC5, 7. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
- Description
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
