Recombinant Human LILRB1/CD85j/ILT2 Fc Chimera (Catalog # 2017-T2), immobilized onto a microplate, supports the adhesion of the HSB2 human peripheral blood acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by acid phosphatase activity.
