Immunocytochemistry analysis of TWEAK in immersion fixed MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cell line. Samples were incubated in TWEAK polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47065) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

Experimental details

Neutralization of TWEAK in HT‚29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in TWEAK polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47065). Recombinant Human TWEAK/TNFSF12 inhibits proliferation in the HT‚29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Activity elicited by Recombinant Human TWEAK/TNFSF12 (1 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human TWEAK/TNFSF12 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 2-8 µg/mL.
