- PA1-29547 detects CD3 from human, mouse and rat samples. PA1-29547 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue), Western blot and ELISA applications. The PA1-29547 immunogen is: Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 156-168 of Human CD3, Epsilon chain. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
