Experimental details

Sandwich ELISA analysis of Complement Factor B using a Complement Factor B monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-72516). 5 µg/ml of the Complement Factor B monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-72516) was coated onto a plate as the capture antibody. Human Complement Factor B was added at the indicated concentrations. A Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 was used as the detection antibody. The color was developed using substrate 2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS).
