Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with 0.5 ug of mouse IgG2b kappa isotype control purified (upper) or 0.5 ug of CCR3 monoclonal antibody, clone eBio5E8-G9-B4 (Cat # MAB10867) (bottom) followed by F(ab')2 Anti-mouse IgG PE. Cells in the large scatter population were used for analysis.
