- Western Blot: IkB-alpha Antibody [NB100-56416] - Analysis of IkB-alpha in A) human Daudi and B) mouse NIH3T3 using IkBalpha antibody at 1 ug/mL. No cross-reacting is seen with the mouse lines. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution were used for this test.
