- Western blot of MEK1/2 in NIH 3T3 cell lysates showing specific immunolabeling of a band at ~45 kDa corresponding to Phospho-MEK1/MEK2 (Ser217, Ser221) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-4606). The cells were either serum starved (-) or incubated in the presence of serum (+). Immunolabeling of an additional band at ~95 kDa was also observed.
