Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 200kDa Neurofilament Heavy Antibody (GTX30192) - rat spinal cord stained with Neurofilament Heavy [NF-H] antibody GTX30192 (green) and UCHL1 antibody (red). GTX30192 binds primarily to phosphorylated axonal forms of NF-H, and so stains axons coursing between the large UCHL1 positive neurons. These large cells are alpha motorneurons and UCHL1 is a major component of the perikarya and dendrites of these cells.
