- Detection of human ATM protein using GeneTex ATM 5C2 monoclonal antibody (GTX70107) in Raji whole cell extract (lane 1) and T24 syncronized cell lysate (lane 2). Also available 200ug size GTX70108. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

- ATM antibody detects ATM protein by western blot analysis. HeLa whole cell extracts and nuclear extracts (30 ?g) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ATM antibody (GTX70107) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate (GTX14698).
