Also available 200ug size GTX70108. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Experimental details: ATM antibody detects ATM protein by western blot analysis. HeLa whole cell extracts and nuclear extracts (30 ?g) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ATM antibody (GTX70107) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate (GTX14698).
