Experimental details

Hela cell extracts were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with anti-ATM pSer1981 (Clone 10H11.E12) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an anti-Mouse IgG secondary conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection. Lane 1: Lysates from untreated Hela cells. Lane 2: Lysates from Hela cells treated with UV.
